- Monitor and optimize MFT systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to file transfer failures, connectivity, and system errors.
- Develop and maintain secure file transfer protocols, encryption methods, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and health checks of MFT systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to support teams for managing and enhancing MFT platforms.
