JOB DETAIL

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
  • Engage with key client stakeholders to proactively identify new recruitment requirements and relay them to the recruitment team for effective planning.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their recruitment strategies, priorities, and challenges, ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Track and report account-specific recruitment metrics, ensuring that service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with the business development team to expand service offerings.
  • Maintain expertise in recruitment operations, particularly within IT and consulting, to meet the specialized needs of clients such as KPMG, LTI, Persistent, Zensar, and EXL.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage high-value clients and complex recruitment demands.
  • Leverage analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with diverse client stakeholders, supporting ongoing recruitment needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
